Introduction of Shandong Lewu Group

    Shandong Lewu Group is a national large scale enterprise of processing and circulating agricultural products, a leading enterprise in national poverty alleviation project, a large scale enterprise in national corn bioengineering project, a leading enterprise of high-tech enterprises and of agricultural industrialization in Shandong province, and one of the important enterprise groups in Dezhou city. The production of feeding cottonseed protein materials and geosynthetics are accounted for the first in the same industry in China. It is located in Lingxian Economic Development Zone on the Northwest plain of ShanDong Province which sits among the capital city Beijing, the port city Tianjin and the capital city of Shandong province Jinan and has been combined with Dezhou city.

Major products of the Group are corn starch, glutamate, monosodium glutamate, forage cottonseed protein, edible vegetable oil, organic-inorganic compound fertilizer, and geosynthetics.

At present, our Group stands at the leading position of technology in national cottonseed-deep processing industry. The annual cottonseed-processing capacity has reached 750,000 tons. Annually, it can produce 300,000 ton forage cottonseed protein, 110,000 ton cottonseed oil, and 45,000 ton corn oil. The protein content of forage cottonseed protein is above 50%, and, together with soybean meal and fish meal, forage cottonseed protein has been widely used in the forage field. Annually, corn-deep processing can produce 200, 000 ton corn starch, 60,000 ton glutamate, 75,000 ton monosodium glutamate, and 72,000 ton organic-inorganic compound fertilizer.

Lewu New Material Engineering Co. Ltd. is a key producing enterprise in China geosynthetics producing base. We have a polyester and polypropylene staple fibre dual-purpose production line with an annual production ability of 10,000 ton, and we also have dozens of non-woven fabric, polyester continuous filament needled punched geotextile, PE waterproof board, and geomembrane composites production lines with advanced producing technology. The annual production of polyester continuous filament needled punched geotextile with the width of 6.20 M is 10,000 ton. We are one of the companies that can produces the widest polyester continuous filament needled punched geotextile, and have the only geomembrane composites production line with the width of 9M in China. Our company produces according to international standards, and has been the contractor of water proof and reinforcement projects of large scale reservoirs, expressways, railways, and dams all over China. The products are exported to Asia, Europe, Africa and Australia.

Lewu Group got the certificate of ISO9001 international quality management system in 2005; “Lewu” edible vegetable oil is a famous brand in Shandong province; “Xinmao” starch is a famous product of Shandong province; “Lingxiang” monosodium glutamate is renowned in China for “naturally white, healthily fresh”. In the sampling inspection of the State General Administration of Quality Supervision in 2007, the geosynthetics of Shandong Lewu New Material Engineering Co. Ltd. was the only one which was listed in the honor board in this industry in China.
